i know the question sounds racist but there are diffrent beauty treatments for different skin tones (ie, bleaching, ect).
well i’m dark and i want to get rid of hair some hair on my body…and i refuse to wax…shaving makes it grow back thicker and creams kinda work but i end up using almost the whole bottle…what else is there?
and is it true that laser hair removal is only best on lighter skin tones?
shaving does make it grow thicker because i shaved my stomach once and then a few days ago when i looked there were more darker hairs than before…how can they go from a few almost invisible hairs to a small group of very visible hairs?

its a fact. shaving does NOT make your hairs grow back thicker. its just that they all grow at the same time so it gives the ILLUSION that they are darker and thicker.
get an epilator. they pluck every hair one by one fast. it hurts the first couple times but you get use to it.

It is stronger than the formulas for regular leg hair removal. A little goes a long way.
I am not sure about the laser hair removal specifically, but I do know there are certain aestheticians and comestic surgeons who specialize in treating those with darker skin. Darker skin does have special needs. Try finding a specialist in your area and ask to see examples of work performed on skin tones like your own. Also ask to speak with the patient, if possible, and this is a big if.

i use the pink braun epilator on my legs & it works great!! the first few times it does hurt but you’ll get used to it!!
from seriousskincare.com they have a product called liquid laser that works great. i am white but when they featured it on hsn the last time, a black woman called in to say that it worked great on her….hope it works for you.
nair but on legs and arns shaving cause when you shave it gets the dirt deep in your skin and nair might add dirt but shaving is better arms and legs dont shave nothing else but that
