How much does hot wax cost per treatment to the beauty therapist/salon?
and how much per treatment for warm/strip waxing?
and I don’t mean how much does it actually cost to have waxing done but how much the salon actually has to pay for it.

Its not possible to say, it dpends on their overheads. The cost of doing a treatment is not just how much the materials (i.e. the wax and strips cost) its how much everything else costs as well such as their rent, light, heat, laundry, wages, rates, water etc etc.
