Completely? If so, no. But some of them pluck to wear makeup, draw eyelashes. So that means after they wash their face sometimes there’s almost no eyelashes. Not all of them pluck as much as this and I thought fixing or plucking eyelashes a little is natural and common everywhere (I’m from Japan),,,but it isn’t?? Even some fashion obsessed boys do this in Japan.

Umm I don’t think so. BUt I know in ancient Egypt the priest would rid themselves of all bodily hair. INCLUDING eyelashes before mummifying a pharaoh.
Japan I’m not so sure about….
