No they can’t , you gave them enuff notice , if they dont refund it , tell them your takin them to court and never put up with stuff like that , make sure you also tell them that the cost of the court will also be charged to them and they will be made to pay it along with your refund.

Depends on their refund policy. Maybe they don’t give refunds.
